    The invention consists of a tuner used to down-concert multimedia signal, ADC used to convert the down-converted signal into the digital signal; an extractor used to extract the digital signal from ADC in term of the instruction of modulation mode, a demodulator used to demodulate the extracted signal from the extract unit, and a channel decoder used to decode the demodulated signal from the demodulator.
