Method includes following steps: pouring with mixing round analytically pure vitriol in amount of calculation into deionized water in certain amount so as to obtain concentration of sulphuric acid solution as 60-200gL-1; keeping temperature of liquid higher than 50 deg.C, mixing round added analytically pure stannous sulfate to dissolve stannous sulfate; adding ceric sulfate and additive in certain amount; under 0.4-4A dm-2 current density, plating is carried out by using copper foil in 10 micro thick as base plate so as to obtain coat of stannum / cerium alloy. The stannum / cerium alloy is applicable to cathode material of stannum / cerium alloy in lithium ion batteries. The Features are: high specific capacity, high charging and discharging efficiency at first time, and stable cycle performance. |
