The invention relates to a LCD panel, comprising a first substrate, a first electrode layer, a color filter film, a first aligning film, a second substrate, a second electrode layer, a second aligning film and a liquid crystal layer, where the first electrode layer is arranged on the first substrate, the color filter film is arranged on the first electrode layer, the first aligning film is arranged on the color filter film, the liquid crystal layer is arranged on the first aligning film, the second aligning film is arranged on the liquid crystal layer, the second electrode layer is arranged on the second aligning film, and the second substrate is arranged on the second electrode layer. Because the color filter film has a high dielectric constant (fox example, greater than 3, etc.), it can effectively increase the step voltage of the liquid crystal layer. The invention can improve the picture contrast of the LCD panel by the color filter film with high dielectric constant. In addition, the invention can reduce the dispersion of the LCD panel by control the dielectric constants of red, green and blue filter films of the color filter film. |
