This invention describes a process for the purification of polluted edible fungi, comprising the steps of: adding 40,000 unit gentamycin into a PDA inclined-plane culture medium to suppress the polluting bacteria; adding nystafungin tablets into the PDA inclined-plane culture medium to suppress the pollutiong melanomyces; immersing filter paper into formaldehyde or methanol and then covering on the penicillium notatum colony to suppress enicillium notatums, thus obtaining purified high-yield, high-quality edible fungi. The purified edible fungi reserve all the nutrients of the previous fungi as well as such advantages as high yield, high quality, delicious and tender. The process effectively resolves the problem of edible fungis pollution. |
