This invention describes a process for preparing a material that can absorb the heat generated by microwaves and its applications. In the process, graphite powders, acetylene carbon powders, metal powders and high-temperature adhesive are mixed according to a certain ratio into a coating material; graphite powders, acetylene carbon powders, metal powders and polytetrafluoroethylene resin, as the fillers, are mixed, pressed and sintered into plates or non-conventional types. According to different usages, the heat-adsorption material can be brushed, sprayed, adhered or fixed on the heat-generating substances to form a layer of 0.01-10mm. It can adsorb microwaves and rapidly transfer the microwave energy to thermal energy, and can be widely used in such fields as heat-transfer materials for microwaves, electromagnetism compatibility, microwave radiation proofing and resistance to electromagnetism radiation disturbance. |
