The first mould includes the parts for fixing mould, after the mould is closed, a base material mould cavity is formed in its interior, said base material mould cavity is filled up with resin so as to form base material, it has a projection which is formed nearby mould-parting line of first mould and is used for seal, then the second mould uses the mould-fixing parts of first mould on which the base material is placed, after it is closed, a coating mould cavity is formed in its interior. The second mould can make the above-mentioned projection having seal action be deformed, so that when the coating material is filled into the coating mould cavity, said coating material can not be leaked out towards mould-parting line direction of second mould. |
