    This invention relates to a method and a device for applying STK/UTK to realize double-card switch and other functions of cell phones including artificial switch and automatic switch, in which, the method includes that the shortcut key or menu of a cell phone is needed to enter into the STK/UTK function menu and select a card to be switched in the functional menu, said device includes double-card pins VCC, GND and RST are used in common with the pins of VCC, GND and RESET of the interface card ME, the pin CLK is in common use with the pin of CLK of the interface of the cell phone card ME characterizing that the cell phone communicates with a double-card IC (MCC) by the manual or automatic selecting card of a man-machine interface menu then a STK/UTK protocol to realize stand-by double-card switch and other functions of cell phones.
