    A tube heater consists of heater and residual C heat recovery system including air preheater with two sections of condensing air preheater and noncondensing air preheater. It features that additional condensed liquid collecting pool, draught fan and blower fan are set in residual C heat recovery system as condensed liquid collecting pool is set directly at bottom of condensing air preheater and is connected to draught fan as well as blower fan is connected to condensing air preheater.
