The invention relates to a method to make alumina antifriction porcelain ball using industrial mud from aluminum section factory. The feature is that it adopts industrial mud, clay, barium carbonate and talcum as raw material. The process includes the following steps: calcining the industrial mud; mixing the raw material and grinding in the ball grinding machine to gain slurry material; drying the slurry material to make powder; molding the powder to make semi-finished cog; dying the cog, calcining in high temperature furnace, and cooling to room temperature to gain alumina antifriction porcelain ball. The invention sharply decreases the manufacturing cost and is benefits for environment protection. |
