A process for preparing the thermo-gel template used as the filler of tissue or to repair tissue includes such steps as heating deionized water high-speed stirring while adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose powder, stirring, storage in refrigerator at 4 deg.C for 24 hr, adding soluble Ca contained inorganic powder, stirring for dissolving, loading the solution in test tube, baking at 62-65 deg.C to become gel, adding a preheated soluble inorganic solution able to react on Ca ions to generate deposit, exchanging said solution every day for 3-5 days, cooling, centrifugal separation three times, water washing and drying. |
