    The digital multimedia signal receiver comprises: a tuner to receive signal with any one of single/multi-carrier mode; a ADC to convert the signal from tuner into digital format; a switch for signal from ADC; a single/multi-carrier treatment unit for signal from switch, and a controller to generate switch signal and control the switch according to set channel list with channel and opposite demodulation mode. This invention can determine demodulation mode for channel.
