    The disclosed merging parameter estimator with function to compensate phase noise for OFDMM system comprises: a merging identification unit to merge and identify at least one radio signal to generate a merging signal, a demodulator coupled with former unit to demodulate the merging signal to generate a desired signal, and a merging parameter estimator coupled with demodulator and former unit and radio signal to generate a merging coefficient.
