    This invention relates to one glass steel rapid joint and its process production method and device, wherein, the joint comprises erosion resistant layer, structure layer one and two, outside layer into one part through resin, wherein, the joint chamber two ends are located with screw; the erosion layer has least one layer resin; the erosion resistant layer outside is located at least one layer of glass fiber tangled with resin structure one; the structure one outside is located with glass fiber or resin to form structure two; adopting at least one layer of resin to roll into erosion resistant layer to tangle into glass fiber structure.
