Disclosed is a cast-in-situ concrete shuttering member comprising a lightweight material member (1), characterized in that the exterior surface of the lightweight material member (1) is totally wrapped by a coating layer. As a result, it is easy to make the lightweight material member (1), without the need of a large amount of forms. Furthermore, because the lightweight material member (1) is protected by the peripheral side panel (2) and the lower bottom (3), it has high intensity, so is less susceptible to damages. Furthermore, the shuttering member also has the advantages of light weight, convenient conveying, thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound isolation. The invention can be applied to various situations including cast-in-situ reinforced-bar concrete roofs, foundation floors, walls, hollow bridges and large-volume concrete constructions. |
