The anode body adopts slab-shaped titanium base body and on the surface of anode body there is conductive ceramics metallic oxide. The conducting bar is solid titanium bar or copper core composite titanium bar and is welded on the titanium base body. The anode bracket adopts compression molding glass fiber reinforcement epoxy resin composite material and adopts epoxy resin to package and fix, and the anode body with conducting bar is inserted in the anode bracket. The device possesses the good electrochemical property, long life duration, good stability and easy instalment.
