The invention relates hepatitis virus C specificity cDNA sequence confirmation and application. By hunting and analyzing the gene data bank, the invention confirms the hepatitis virus C specificity cDNA sequence which is 222bp and PCR augmentation primer. By enlarging and cloning the human genital tract hepatitis virus C infection specimen, the invention obtains its sequence which is the same as expected sequence. Analyzing by biological information science and gene chip hybridization, the outcome confirms that the sequence has specificity for hepatitis virus C. The hepatitis virus C specificity cDNA sequence can be used as probe sequence of hepatitis virus C gene chip, and also be used to detect hybridization and PCR diagnose.
