The invention relates the natural plant cleaning agent, comprising the following steps: mixing 60-80 parts limonene, 10-20 parts turpentine oil, 10-15 parts methyl ethylene glycol phenyl ether, 5-10 parts terpineol, and 1-3 parts citral to form natural plant solvent; mixing the natural plant solvent and emulsifying agent whose proportion is 1:0.125-0.25 at the 50-80Deg.C and getting the product. The emulsifying agent is polyoxyethylene nonylphenol or sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate or the mixture of them. The main constituents are extracted by natural plant, such as orange peel and lemon peel. The cleaning agent can substitute the bergol accessory, specially the organic cleaning agent of benzene series chemical materials. The cleaning agent has strong dissolving power, high flash point, high burning point, storage safety, simple technology and easy operation. The raw material is circulating renewable resources, so the cleaning agent is widely used in industry and family. |
