The invention relates paper making black liquor modified oil displacement agent, comprising 1.5%-2.0% by mass paper making black liquor, 0.5%-1.0% sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, 0.2%-0.5% solid NaOH and water. The invention compounds the paper making black liquor, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and alkali to get compounded system. The compounded system not only reduces the cost of oil displacement agent, but also changes the black liquor into the treasure. The paper making black liquor which is filtered can be used to viscous oil recovery.
