The invention discloses the sand ripple powder coating and manufacturing technique, comprising 20-40wt% polyester resin, 20-40wt% epoxy resin, 0-30wt% titanium dioxide, 0-30wt% filler, 5-25wt% calcium carbonate, 0-5wt% organophilic bentonite, 0.5-5wt% mar resistant additive, 0-2wt% antisticking agent, 0-5wt% color, and 0.01-5wt% effective veining agent. The method comprises the following steps: burdening according to above formulation, mixing them in mixing machine; adding the mixture into extrusion machine at 100-130Deg.C for 20-70 seconds; after cooling the sheet extrudate, adding it into crusher to form 100-350 mesh powder and getting the sand ripple powder coating. Using the said coating, there is texture of sand paper, so hand feeling and cubic effect is good. |
