The invention relates high-performance fire retardant polyester engineering plastics, comprising the following characteristics: main material: 56-76 parts polyethylene glycol terephthalate; findings: 1 composite fire retardant: 6 parts nonhalogen trimethyl phosphate, diphosphonate, 3 parts ether ethyl aldohol and 3 parts polyphenylene sulfide; 2 2 parts nanometer calcium carbonate; 3 1010/168, 0.2/0.2 parts anti-oxidant; 4 lubricating agent: 0.4-0.5 parts TAF; 5 reinforcing agent: 10-30 parts alkali-free glass fibre. The invention uses polyethylene glycol terephthalate as main material, and adopts incorporated fire retardant technology, nucleation technology and rigidity toughening technology. Due to the cooperating knife-bar of the components and special process technology, the product possesses the good combination property, overcoming the problems of high-heat fire retardant depositing, fiber glass exposing, low glossiness, long formation cycle, and bad impact property. |
