    The invention provides the 2-substituent acylamino dicarboxilic acid compound with the general formula (I) in right or salt accepected in pharmacy, which possesses high combined activity (KD=0.20M) with PPAR protein ligand structure, reduces the interaction of PPAR and RXR, inhibits the activity of Luogelie ketone (IC50-8.67M) in the yeast dual crossing system effectively, the inhibited activity of Luogelie ketone in the mammalian trans-activating experiment is IC50=31.9 M. The compound displays high patent medicine value. The invention also provides the compound preparing method and pharmaceutical composition.
