The invention discloses a chamotte calcinating method with nonaqueous rotary kiln by employing copper-lead-zinc mining tailing, comprising: raw material preparation and grinding, calcinating in the rotary kiln at temperature of 1400-1450 Deg C to form cement clinker, the proportion by weight of the raw material component is: lime carbonate 83-91%, copper-lead-zinc mining tailing 1-8%, ferrous powder 1-2%, siliceous sandstone 3-8%. The invention prepares chamotte of high quality in the rotary kiln without changing the process device and flow of cement production by regulating the raw material component and adding proper amount copper-lead-zinc mining tailing employing the property of low-melting point of the tailings and energy ore and microelement containing, saves energy and increases cement productivity at the same of improving the quality of chamotte. The invention is characterized by the simple operation, cheap raw material, outstanding energy saving and good productivity increase effect. |
