    The invention provides a method for removing the nitrogen and phosphorus from seawater, which comprises adding amiclin with the proportion between carbon content in the amiclin and the total nitrogen content in the pretreated seawater being 0.05:1-25:1 and /or soluble microelememt with the concentration being 0.05-1 mg/l into the treated seawater, stewing for at least one dy, then depositing and filtering. The method is characterized by the fast, effective operation and low cost.
