    This invention discloses a method for testing protein chip, which contains 1, hybridizing biotin marked to be tested protein two antigen and protein with protein chip, or directly hybridizing biotin marked to be tested protein with protein chip, 2, adding colloidal gold marked compatible agent and hybridizing with protein chip, adding silver color development intensified agent to react, testing generated silver grain. Said invention has higher sensitivity than that of fluorescent test.
