The making process of gelified silicone oil elastomer includes the following steps: 1. mixing methyl group blocked dimethyl siloxane with active methyl siloxane copolymer in the molar fraction of 0.9-1.4 %, ethyl group blocked polydimethyl siloxane and low viscosity silicone oil; 2. adding isopropionic acid solution of chloroplatinic acid as catalyst in the consumption of 1-1000 ppm to react at 80-100 deg.c for 2-3 hr; and 3. adding diluent in the amount of 2-4 times the product in the step 2 to obtain the color-less transparent gelified silicone oil elastomer. The making process produces no harmful smell and toxicity, and the elastomer is one gel polymer with special use effect. |
