    LIC provides virtual id, which is assigned for device of given object user, for communication device. Communication device stores coincidence relation between real id and virtual id of device of given object user. Monitored information of carrying virtual id is transferred between devices. The disclosed method ensures security of real id of given object user, prevents real id from illegal stealing so as to enhance security of monitoring activities.
