    The way to produce active attaching dose and the way of handling by strong water, concerns the way of produce active attaching dose using mire in the mire handling craft and the technique of strengthen water handling using the active attaching dose. The way to get the active attaching dose: handling the living dirty water to the solid-liquid separating thing, and filter them to separate the mire and water; heat the mire after filtered, crash them to grains; dip the grains into the acid, finish activating by mixing; heat, crash, then the active attaching dose is made. The way to strengthen the water by active attaching dose is: put the original water into the mixing pond, reaction pond, filtering pond, disinfecting pond, adding chemical dose into the mixing pond, adding mud attaching dose into the reaction pond. The mud attaching dose hydrochloric acid' fusing rate can attain round to 0.25%, NaOH's fusing rate is around 1.05%, after filtered the mud missing rate increase 10%--40%, organic pollution matter missing rate increase 10%--40%.
