    The present invention discloses a solid fermentation and distillation process for making distillate liquor includes the following steps: preparing raw materials, in which the black rice content is more than 40%, placing all raw materials in container, distillation and paste-forming, taking out from container, cooling, adding diastatic fermentation agent, placing into container, fermentation to obtain unstrained spirit, placing it into container again, distillation and paste-forming, taking out and cooling, adding diastatic fermentation agent, placing into container, fermentation, obtaining liquor and removing distillers grains. The black rice can be used as auxiliary material, also can be used as main material, so that its distillate yield is raised, its operation method is simple, cost is low, and its taste is good.
