    A preparation methodof antiabrasion composite coating layer containing diamond-Co-B compound for making hard alloy tool is characterized by forming a transition layer using Co-B compound as main component on hard alloy and using diamond coating layer as composite coating layer of said antiabrasion coating layer, and the preparation method of correspondent composite coating layer features that using hard alloy as matrix, using solid, gas or liquid boronization method to prepare the above-mentioned transition layer with CoB compound as main component, and using Chemical gas-phase doposition technology to prepare diamond antiabrasion coating layer. Said composite coating layer possesses excellent adhesive force to hard alloy matrix.
