    Fermented wine produced through fermentation process of Lycium chinense and soaked wine produced through soaking process of Lycium chinense are blended into Lycium chinense wine. The present invention has the advantages of both fermentation process and soaking process and cunteracts their demerits, so as to make the Lycium chinense wine have the medicated and nutritious components of Lycium chinense maintained, mild taste, mellow and rich in perfume.
