    A breading method for hybrid hybrid long-grained non-glutinous rice is characterized in that male parent and female parent are cultured separately on a stretch of land, the male parent field is arranged according to a proportion special for pollen-gathering and the female field is used as all for cultivation. In flower-season, mechanical pollen-gathering and pollination, pollen-storage technology and pollen activity detection method thereof can be used. By using a pollen-preservation liquid therefor, pollen can be stored for 10-20 days at minus 20-0 degree C and pollen activity can be kept above 90%. Advantage: high and stable yield and high quality etc.
