    The present invention discloses a skin-caring prepn containing organic SOD-like compound, which has similar function to natural SOD and no side effect and can be absorbed by skin. By taking part in the biochemical course of body, these SOD-like matter can eliminate superoxide ions and thus prevent dermatitis, allergy and pain caused by free radical of superoxide ions. These SOD-like matter is steady chemically and their biological activity is not affected by environmental factors, so that the said skin-caring prepn has steady property and long effective period.
