    The method is characterized in that the rotation of the elbow is driven by a motor, at the same time, the elbow is fed along the axle direction of its curvature; the welding torch is located at a position of flat welding and performs swing bead welding, the swing range varies from place to place and the rotary speed of the elbow is closely related to the swing range; the rotation of the elbow and the swing of the welding torch are controlled by a micro-computer system. Present method can take the place of manual bead welding and can guarantee the thickness uniformity and welding quality of bead welding.
