This invention features that stillingia oil is used as modifier and tung oil as viscosity regulator of modified matter, both of which are in a proper proportion to prepare low-viscosity stillingia oil toughening agent of epoxy resin with a yield rate of over 98%. Its viscosity may be arbitrarily changed in a range of 300-100,000 mPa. S. The viscosity of modified epoxy resin is reduced to 3000-7000 mPa. S. If such toughening agent is substitued for part of epoxy resin in its formation processing, the thermal deformation temp. is higher and the toughness of solidified goods is greatly increased.
