nature : rubber and thermoplastic polyolefin into curing agent by the dynamic vulcanization system of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). Typical varieties are : NBR / polypropylene / Compatibilizer Oil thermoplastic vulcanizate, nitrile rubber / polyamide / Compatibilizer other thermoplastic vulcanizate. The rubber particles (1 to 5 microns) at room temperature and processing temperatures were maintained mesh structure and show flexibility, and strength from thermoplastic polyolefin (linear or polyamide), the strength, flexibility and superior heat resistance dynamic part of vulcanized thermoplastic polyolefin. Its use can be found thermoplastic rubber.
